Sony has decided to return to its Play At Home initiative with free PlayStation games.

Last year, Sony offered two free PS4 games as part of the initiative – Uncharted: Nathan Drake. Collection ”and Journey.
In 2021, gamers will have four months of free games. As Sony promises, members of the PlayStation community will receive “a huge variety of free games and entertainment available” from March to June.
The start is scheduled for March 2. Sony has agreed with Insomniac Games that Ratchet & Clank on PS4 will be available for free download on PlayStation Store for a limited time from 07:00 UTC on March 2 to 06:00 UTC on April 1, 2021. Once downloaded, the game will remain yours forever.

From March 25th, the “attraction of unheard of generosity” will begin in conjunction with the companies Funimation and Aniplex: all new subscribers of Funimation or Wakanim will receive extended free access in countries where these services are available.
Funimation is a paid anime streaming service and Wakanim is Funimation’s European arm. This offer will be available to members of the PlayStation community who register with Funimation (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand) or Wakanim (most Western and Northern Europe) starting March 25th.
These are just the first surprises Sony has prepared under the Play at Home initiative in 2021. In the coming weeks, the company will share details of further free-to-play and offers.
