Sophie Turner talks about possible return as Sansa from “Game of Thrones”

The actress Sophie Turner said that “perhaps” he would accept to return to the role of Sansa Stark, her character in “Game of Thrones” .

“Perhaps. I mean, it would have to be exactly the same cast and the same crew, otherwise I wouldn’t come back. And that would just be Season 9, and I don’t think we’ll do a Season 9,” she said in an interview with Variety.

“I mean, I loved playing Sansa, and I often wonder what she would be doing now. Where would she be five years later, what would she be doing? Would she still be queen in the North? Would she be a good ruler? Was there some other kind of terrible war that happened? I would love to see it,” Turner added.

Recently, actor Kit Harrington, who played Jon Snow in the series, spoke about the “rushed” ending of “Game of Thrones”.

“I understand that some people thought it was rushed, and I can agree with them. But I’m not sure there was any alternative. I look at photos of myself from that final season and I look exhausted. I didn’t have another season in me,” he said of the series.

“I think there were mistakes made, story-wise, maybe towards the end. I think there were some interesting choices that didn’t work out very well,” he said.
