The UN climate chief is sounding the alarm to governments, business leaders and development banks as they have two years to act to prevent far worse climate change. Gloomy predictions and stern warnings were made today, Wednesday, by the head of the UN Climate, Mr. Simon Steele, in a speech in which he declared that global warming is not high on the politicians' agenda.
