SOTKA 1.1.9

SOTKA is a free educational course for those who are just starting their training or returning to classes after a long break or injury. The main goal of the program is to educate and train people of all skill levels.

The program is designed for exactly 100 days, during which every day you will receive a small block of useful information (video + text) and perform training complexes from basic exercises.

The program consists of 2 large theoretical blocks, each of which deals with the main topics and provides answers to all possible questions.

BASIC BLOCK (from 1 to 49 days):

  • Detailed analysis of exercises and techniques for their implementation;
  • Analysis of proper nutrition and a workshop on compiling a diet;
  • Info posts with answers to the most popular beginner questions: how to breathe properly, how to increase flexibility, how to train in cold and hot weather, how to learn to pull up from scratch, how much water to drink, how long a workout should last, etc. etc.).

ADVANCED BLOCK (from 50 to 91 days):

  • Biomechanics of exercises and the work of various muscles;
  • Every week a new exercise technique;
  • Analysis of different body systems;
  • Workshop on self-compilation of the training program.

TURBO BLOCK (from 92 to 98 days):

  • Ability to challenge yourself
  • 7 unique tasks!
