The court of São Paulo decreed, on Tuesday (11), the temporary arrest of Marina Rodrigues de Lima, suspected of assaulting children in the day care in Osasco. According to information from the Civil Police, Marina is considered fugitive.
In videos recorded by a former employee, the owner and director of the nursery appears assaulting a two-year-old boy.
After the release of the videos showing the aggressions, Marina Rodrigues de Lima was not found by the authorities at the addresses she had provided. The police station responsible for the case is conducting intensive searches to locate it and make your arrest.
The occurrence was recorded as mistreatment, bodily injury, child or adolescent to vexation and torture.
The assaults were caught by a former employee who worked at the Early Childhood Education School Joy of Knowing and resigned after witnessing the scenes of violence. She recorded the videos and handed them to the parents of the children, who sought the police.

Osasco mayor Gerson Pessoa (Somos) stated through social networks that the day care center was revoked. “In Osasco, we will not tolerate attitudes like that, whether in public or private schools. Our children deserve respect, love and affection, ”said the mayor.
Osasco City Hall reported that the day care center will remain banned until the investigation is completed and is offering psychological support to parents and children. The Department of Education is working to ensure that children are transferred to other municipal day care centers.
