The city of São Paulo recorded the lowest temperature of 2025 on Thursday (15) for the second consecutive day. According to the Civil Defense of the state of São Paulo, the thermometers marked 13.3ºC in the automatic station, located in Mirante de Santana.
The last record occurred the day before, on Wednesday, when the minimum was 14.2ºC.
This Thursday, due to the performance of a cold and dry air mass, time dawned stable and with mild temperatures throughout the state.
In Campos do Jordão, 5.8 ° C was registered – also the lowest value so far in the region.
“In coastal regions, due to wet ocean winds, the day began with variable cloudiness and isolated fogs. During the day, the condition of stability will remain in most of the state and temperatures rise until early afternoon and will fall again at night,” said the state agency.
Dry time will guarantee another day without rain forecast for the capital and metropolitan region, as highlighted by the São Paulo City Hall Climate Emergency Management Center (CGE).
According to the State Civil Defense, on the south coast, the humidity of the ocean may cause weak rain throughout the day.
