One man was arrested in Spain for publishing a video with women filming without their consent after approaching them on the road to promote “technical seduction techniques”, police said today. This man, accused of violating privacy and sexual assault, approached women on the streets of Barcelona and gained their confidence in conversation with them, without knowing that they were filmed. He used a hidden camera, probably “mounted on the eyes of the eyes,” Spanish police said, claiming that he found 329 videos on the suspect’s online profile. Most videos, 239 in particular, came from these talks on the street. In these, the man detached personal information from his victims, most of which were foreigners.
