Citizens over the age of 14 will be able to move on the SIM along the side of the roads or on the right edge of the carriageway, but only if there are no sidewalks and footpaths. At the same time, there is a maximum speed limit of 60 km / h on the road. The drafters of the project believe that it is necessary for the SIM to prohibit overtaking or bypassing vehicles on the left side.
