Spike Lee will receive title of citizen of the state of Rio de Janeiro; understand

The American filmmaker Spike Lee 68, from films like “Malcolm X” (1992) and “Infiltrate in Klan” (2018) will receive the title of citizen of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
