The Spitogatos real estate classifieds website continues to expand in Southeastern Europe, with the acquisition of the real estate classifieds site Crozilla.com (www.crozilla.com) in Croatia.
Crozilla was owned by the German company Immowelt, a member of the AVIV Group and its founder Ante Tabak. According to a relevant announcement, the acquisition of the Crozilla.com brand and the websites crozilla.com and crozilla-nekretnine.com strengthens the leading position of Spitogatos, a member of the Real Web Group, in Croatia, where it already has a presence with the Indomio brand (www. indomio.hr) which started in 2018 and currently displays over 600 real estate agencies and individuals with more than 150,000 published ads.
The acquisition of Crozilla.com was completed after the recent launch of the new website, which was developed on the technology of Spitogatos by its Team of Engineers in Greece and will soon be followed by the new application for smartphones and tablets.

It is noted that Immowelt, a member of the AVIV Group, remains the majority owner of Digitalni klik whose employees will continue to develop software for AVIV Group brands. AVIV, with the dynamics of its brands, Immowelt, Immonet, SeLoger and Immoweb, focuses on the markets of Germany, Austria, France and Belgium in the field of real estate portals.
