The recent General Meeting of the shareholders of Agrotikos Spyros House decided to reduce the share capital of the company by € 6,540,801.64, as the company states in an announcement.
The reduction of the share capital will take place with a corresponding reduction of the nominal value of the share from 0.30 Euros to 0.07 Euros.
After the above reduction, the share capital of the company amounts to the amount of € 1,990,678.76, divided into 28,438,268 common intangible registered shares, with a nominal value of each seven cents (€ 0.07).
The Ministry of Development and Investment approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association.
The ATHEX Corporate Transactions Committee at its meeting of 03/06/2022 was informed about the reduction of the nominal value of the company’s shares
Following the above, from 08/06/2022 the shares of the company will be traded on the ATHEX. with the new nominal value of 0.07 Euros per share.
