St. Kouloglou: We condemned the Russian invasion in the clearest way

With a very harsh statement entitled “how Putin and I set up the invasion of Ukraine”, the SYRIZA MEP responds to the accusations of the ND representative Tassos Gaitanis that he justifies the Russian invasion.

Kouloglou’s statement in detail:

But I respect the urgency of the moment for Europe, the tragedy of the Ukrainians and the heroic Russians protesting against the invasion, in an anti-democratic and wartime regime.

My positions are clear. In the European team of the Left, we condemned the invasion in the most decisive way since yesterday, and I did the same in my interview the day after the invasion of Kokkino. (Excerpts below)

But the purpose of the attack, today against me and yesterday against Costas Arvanitis with similar jokes, hides the panic of ND for another development which we have started in two different committees for the Novartis scandal.
