The gastronomic festival Cayman Cookout celebrates its 15th edition at the beginning of 2024, when a series of starred international chefs arrive in the paradisiacal Cayman Islands between January 9th and 15th for an agenda centered around good food and wine.
The person in charge of the festivities and gastronomic gatherings is the host Eric Ripert chef in charge of Le Bernardin a restaurant that has three Michelin stars and is one of the best in the world in the La Liste 2023 ranking.
Among the guests are: Antonio Bachour elected the best pastry chef in the world by the Best Chef award; José Andrés a Spanish chef who helped popularize tapas in the United States and continues with humanitarian work at World Central Kitchen; Enrique Olvera , chef at Pujol, a restaurant in Mexico City that is among the 50 best restaurants in Latin America; It is Kristen Kish culinary reality personality and presenter of Restaurantes no Fim do Mundo.

Confirmed events include a private jet gastronomic tour with Eric Ripert to Jamaica; an expedition on the high seas to raise awareness about lionfish control with José Andrés; and a gastronomic experience that celebrates the tradition of Mexican gastronomy with Enrique Olvera.
Lunches, culinary demonstrations, a nightly barbecue on the sands of Seven Mile Beach, parties, sports competitions, sommelier duels and tastings of rare spirits are also part of the program.
The festival takes place annually at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman a five-star hotel and one of the best on the island on the edge of Seven Mile Beach, in Grand Cayman, in the Caribbean.
Single tickets can be purchased via the event website and The Ritz-Carlton also offers special accommodation packages for the event with daily rates starting at US$2,899 (around R$14,000).
