“Star Wars Day” will have special activities in Brazil; see which ones

Another edition of “Star Wars Day” is coming! As usual, the worldwide celebration, popularly known among fans of the franchise, takes place next Saturday, May 4th.

This year, the brand has prepared a series of activities spread across Brazilian cities that bring together people passionate about the universe created by George Lucas .

Event open to the public

On May 4th and 5th, from 1pm to 5pm, a themed and public franchise event will take place at the Alienware Training Facility Brasil, in São Paulo.

In addition to the launch of the “Star Wars Team Liquid” collection, which includes a new model of Jersey, t-shirts, jackets, caps, water claws, mouse pad and key cap, the celebration will also feature the presentation of other products from the brand and its partnerships. with quizzes, meet & greets with Fortnite creators and more talent from the team.

Fan meeting and cosplay

Still on the 4th, at 8:30 pm, Disney and Ri Happy invite fans to go to the front of Shopping Cidade São Paulo to watch the projection of the building's facade with a video created especially for the occasion. The idea, in fact, is to break the record for the largest gathering of Star Wars cosplayers in Brazil.

Display of “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace” at the movies

Only on May 4th and 5th, “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace” returns to cinemas to celebrate 25 years since its release.

At the Cidade São Paulo shopping mall, the screening will take place at 6pm on the 4th – also an invitation for the public to watch the film before the fans gather. Check the schedule of cinemas across the country at site.
