The new tram routes were implemented from today, while the commercial operation of the tram extension to Piraeus is postponed for next week.
As STASY SA reminds in its announcement, two new lines were created which replaced the previous three. These are line 6 (PIKR – SYN) “Pikrodafni – Syntagma” and line 7 (VOULA – PIR) “Asklipieio Voulas – Akti Poseidonos (Piraeus)”. The response station of the two lines is the “Pikrodafni” stop. Temporary terminal of line 7, until the delivery of the extension to Piraeus, is the stop “Karaiskaki Stadium”, where there is a response with line 1 of the Metro (station “Faliro”).
Finally, STASY informs that “the commercial operation of the extension of the tram to Piraeus is planned for next week and a new announcement will follow”.
