The owner must then submit an application to the competent department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, accompanied by the required relevant file, for the restoration of the building, in order to be considered a beneficiary of housing assistance (free state aid and interest-free loan) for its repair or reconstruction affected building (depending on the characterization of the building as repairable or dangerously dilapidated, due to the damage it has suffered), with the issuance of the required administrative acts, in accordance with the joint decisions of the Ministers of Finance, Development and Investment and Infrastructure Transportation, demarcation of the affected areas and granting of housing assistance.
