The Green Pass it stays until March 31 and most likely even after, but some limitations disappear before that. The Chamber approved the decree with the extension of the state of emergency until the end of March, but at the same time loosened some measures already before the key date by which a calendar must be created to reduce the use of the Green Pass.
Stadiums
As soon as the text of the decree is in the official gazette, the capacity of outdoor sports facilities, therefore stadiums, could increase to 75% and that of indoor arenas to 60%. After March 31, it could return to 100%.
Cinema
In cinemas, theaters and stadiums we return to consume food and drinks from 10 March: from popcorn to soft drinks. Also applies to entertainment and live music venues.
Green Pass

The government’s decision on the possibility for students over 12 to go by bus without a reinforced Green Pass also depends on this figure.
The furthest of the dates so far fixed is that of June 15. Until that day there is a reinforced Green Pass requirement for over-50s at work. The Scientific Technical Committee, created to examine the measures in the months of the state of emergency, should already be dissolved on 31 March.
