On the Stellar network, the last transactions at the time of writing took place more than six hours ago, it follows from the data of the blockchain explorer.
According to the technical status page, some validators have gone offline and the developers are working to fix the problem. Details and the expected restoration of the blockchain have not been specified.
Paolo Ardoino, technical director of bitcoin exchange Bitfinex, announced the suspension of the withdrawal of XLM, the native cryptocurrency of the Stellar project.

A similar decision was made by the Bitstamp cryptocurrency exchange.

Technical issues do not prevent the token price from demonstrating a 4.9% increase in the last 24 hours at the time of writing, according to CoinGecko. In terms of dynamics in the top 15, the asset ranked 13th in terms of capitalization is second only to XRP (+ 34%), Cardano (+ 6.6%) and Litecoin (+ 9%).
