STF overturns decision
The Second Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), by three votes to two, overturned the monocratic decision of minister Kássio Nunes Marques, which had overturned the determination of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) which canceled the mandate of Paraná state deputy Fernando Francischini (União Brasil).
ICMS in the Senate

The Union of Indigenous Peoples of Vale do Javari (Univaja) released a note demanding that the Brazilian government speed up the search for the indigenist Bruno Araújo Pereira and the English journalist Dom Phillips, correspondent for the newspaper “The Guardian”, who have been missing since last Sunday ( 5) in Vale do Javari, in Amazonas.
