STF tries seven more defendants on January 8th on October 27th

The Federal Supreme Court (STF) scheduled the beginning of the fifth round of trials for defendants accused of participating in the execution of the acts of January 8 for October 27th.

The analysis of the actions will be carried out in a virtual session that will last until November 7th. In this trial format there is no debate between the ministers, who vote through an electronic system.

During the vote, it is possible to request a view (which stops the analysis) or a highlight (which sends the judgment to the physical plenary of the Court).
