For businessmen Larry Connor, Eitan Stibbe and Mark Paty, as well as former NASA astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria, the last five days on the International Space Station have been quite busy: they arrived at the ISS on April 9, and were supposed to return on April 19, but due to bad weather off the coast of Florida, which could prevent the crew from being picked up in the ocean at the landing site, the return flight home was repeatedly postponed. And today, the SpaceX Crew Dragon ship with tourists on board finally undocked from the ISS. True, and this time it was not without delay.

The undocking of Crew Dragon from the ISS occurred automatically at 21:10 US East Coast time (04:10 Moscow time) after a short delay: problems with communication equipment were discovered at the last moment. The device is expected to splash down off the coast of Florida today around 13:00 local time (20:00 Moscow time).
This was the first fully commercial mission organized by Axiom Space. Axiom Space has already scheduled a second mission to the ISS for the first quarter of 2023. The three tourists will be looked after by former NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson, who has made three flights to the ISS.
