Student is stabbed in school in DF after discussion with colleague

A student from a civic-military college in Brazlândia, in the Federal District, was stabbed on the back on Tuesday (8). The case happened at CED 2 school unit, and the 15 -year -old victim was attacked by a 14 -year -old colleague after a disagreement.

The DF Military Police said that during a fight, one of the students physically assaulted the other, who, in response, removed a small knife from the backpack and superficially hit the aggressor on the back.

The teenager injured with the knife received the first calls still at school and was referred to the Brazlândia Regional Hospital. He is not at risk of life and will be taken to the police station to give testimonials when he is discharged.

The other young man was seized and taken to the Child and Adolescent Police Station II (DCA II) in Taguatinga, where the occurrence was recorded. According to the PM, the school has a low occurrence registration rate and the corporation has already performed 35 preventive visits.

“It is necessary to dialogue about the entry of objects not allowed in the school environment, since there is no access control in the school units of the Federal District. The school policing battalion conducts preventive visits to all school units of the DF and also operations for the identification of objects not allowed in the school environment,” Lieutenant Colonel Renata Braz das Neves Cardozo.
