At least 165 civilians died for ten days of attacks attributed to paramilitary forces in the besieged city of El Fasser, in the Darfur area of West Sudan, according to activists’ complaints released on Wednesday. Fasser, the capital of the state of North Darfur, is the last big city of the whole area that still remains in the hands of the regular army under Abdel Fatach al -Burhan, in a war since April 2023 with the Paramilitaries of the Rapid Support forces, Douglo.
