H influencer and model Niece Waidhofer, committed suicide at 31 years old.
In accordance with TMZ, the model was experiencing psychological problems. Police reportedly received a phone call from a relative of the 31-year-old, who was concerned and asked to visit Niece’s home in Houston, Texas, where she was found dead.
Niece had 4.2 million followers on Instagram and through the platform she tried to give courage to her followers with similar mental health problems. The model shocked her fans, when suddenly her account was left with only three posts, a few days before her death.
When the news of her death became known, her fans expressed their grief on social media.
Foreign media reports say her family is setting up a non-profit organization called “Peace From Niece” to help people with similar mental health issues.
