The character Harvey Specter is mentioned in the new preview of “Suits LA” when showing a photo of the lawyer in the past. The spin-off of the series that aired between 2011 and 2019 premieres on the day February 23 in the United States.
“Remember this guy? Harvey. The only person I’ve ever met more arrogant than you,” says Troy Winbush’s character.
“That’s exactly why I liked her”, responds the protagonist played by Stephen Amell.
Gabriel Macht’s appearance was already expected. In November last year, Deadline reported that the actor would return to play Harvey Specter in three episodes of the “Suits” spin-off.
Furthermore, the star shared a video on social media in which he wore a formal outfit with the initials of the character’s name and surname embroidered on the sleeve.
Unlike the original title which takes place in New York, “Suits LA” will be set in Los Angeles and will follow a law firm specializing in criminal law.
In the plot, Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor from New York, who reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles after joining forces with his old friend, Stuart Lane, to build Black Lane Law, a firm specializing in criminal law and of entertainment.
The series stars Stephen Amell , Josh McDermitt , Lex Scott Davis and Bryan Greenberg .
