At the same time, they call on Russia to demonstrate a “real political will” to end the war. According to the text adopted and “strongly supported” by the 26 Heads of State and Government, which is attached to the conclusions of the European Council, the following are noted: The continued and unmistakable support of the European Council for Independence, Sovereignty and Sovereignty is confirmed. The EU maintains its approach to “peace through power”, which requires Ukraine to be in the strongest position, military and defensive.
