The Chinese automobile brand Exeed, which is a premium subsidiary of the giant Chery Automobile, has already presented two fairly rich configurations of the Exeed VX city crossover in Russia – we are talking about Luxury and President. However, the manufacturer, apparently, decided that this was not a high enough level of luxury, so now the third and most expensive equipment called President Limited Edition has been added to the line of cars in Russia. And although, judging by the name, it is a conditional successor to the President package, in fact, there are quite impressive differences between the cars.
For example, the main difference between the Exeed VX President Limited Edition and the regular President is the decor on the body – it is made in bronze and is represented by nameplates, a radiator grille, front bumper covers and small elements on the body. In addition, the car is presented in a dark green body color, which contrasts perfectly with the bronze-colored decorative elements, although, of course, there are additional color options – black and dark gray. Of the interesting body solutions, it is also worth highlighting retractable footboards, which are equipped with an electric drive, and tinted rear mirrors directly from the factory.
Naturally, in the cabin, the upholstery is as luxurious as possible, although in the two previous trim levels it was also quite attractive. This time, the manufacturer used brown genuine leather upholstery with diamond-shaped stitching from light edging – something similar can be found on some premium Germans. At the same time, the heating of the seats of the first and second rows was expanded in the Exeed VX President Limited Edition – you can heat up not only the pillows, but also the backs, which, of course, will be a very pleasant bonus in the winter season.
But in the engine compartment, no changes have occurred, which, however, was more than expected. The new Exeed VX President Limited Edition has the same 249-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, which is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, plus all-wheel drive. And, accordingly, for such a premium version of the crossover, you will have to pay 400 thousand rubles – at the moment (the crossover is already available from local dealers), the recommended price from dealers is 5,650,000 rubles.
