Supercell makes three new games from the Clash of Clans universe

Supercell, the Finnish mobile game company behind the creation of Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, usually hides its new developments. However, today, April 2, 2021, the manufacturer released a trailer in which it spoke about three unfinished mobile games that take place in the Clash universe. In a personal blog, the developer wrote that they offer new opportunities for existing players and expand the boundaries for a new audience.

The first game, Clash Quest, is a turn-based tactical adventure strategy game in which users send troops across a grid map to battle opponents. Some characters are able to attack on their own, but for a stronger effect, it is necessary to combine the efforts of the fighters.

In the second game, called Clash Mini, users will be able to use miniatures of classic Clash characters to fight. And finally, the company’s third development, Clash Heroes, is a top-down action adventure game made in the style of Diablo. Supercell said that despite the visual similarities, none of the new products will be similar to Clash Royale or Clans in terms of gameplay.

In his personal blog, the developer noted that the Clash universe is a unique gaming system. It is more than raiding enemies and destroying towers, it is more than villages and arenas, it is more than just a game. It is a magical world where users can experience funny and epic moments. Therefore, the company is looking to expand this place to more players.

It’s worth noting that all three games are at a fairly early stage of development and are likely to change in some way as events unfold. The company has not announced when the beta versions of the new products will appear. However, there is an assumption among insiders that none of the announced games will ever see the light of day.

But on the other hand, regardless of whether the company releases new items or not, the affairs of Clash Royale and Clans will remain the same. The developer will continue to create new content and updates on a regular basis. In addition, Supercell has stated that it is already working on creating games outside of the Clash universe.
