Supermarkets and shops: this is where you enter without the Green Pass

The government has formalized the list of shops and shopping centers in which, starting from February 1, 2022, it will be possible to enter without the Green Pass. The list is short and contains only shops that you can enter to shop for food, health, safety and justice services. Prime Minister Mario Draghi signed the Dpcm containing the measures. Controls are the responsibility of the owners of facilities and shops.

Senza Green Pass

There are nine types of shops and in food stores such as supermarkets you can buy food, but also other products for the home or for the person. I am:
Hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery discount stores, convenience stores and other stores and outlets that have food
Frozen food shops
Pet food stores
Fuel dispensers
Sanitation shops
Pharmacies and parapharmacies
Stores selling medical and orthopedic items
Opticians
Stores that sell fuel for domestic use and for heating
Offices of the Police Force and local police
Judicial Offices.

Not having to enter, it also applies to outdoor newsstands.

Green Pass base

Banks, post offices and offices open to the public these are the places that are added to those where you need the basic Green Pass, which is obtained with a buffer (antigenic or molecular, for 48 or 72 hours), to enter. The same certificate is already needed for shops dedicated to personal care, i.e. hairdressers and beauty salons. It also applies to all the other shops that are not in the first list, therefore also tobacconists and bookstores.

Reinforced Green Pass

This certification is for bars and restaurants indoors and outdoors, gyms and swimming pools, cinemas and theaters, hotels and accommodation facilities, parties for civil or religious ceremonies, festivals and fairs, congress centers, ski lifts, cultural, social and outdoor recreational centers.
