Despite ongoing US government sanctions, Huawei has no plans to close or sell its mobile device business yet.
Sales of the company’s devices have plummeted due to a lack of components, especially outside of China, but the company plans to continue releasing new smartphones, although this year there will be much less of them than usual.

Sources say the manufacturer will launch two flagship smartphone series this year, a new foldable smartphone, a couple of tablets, smartwatches and wireless headphones. Below is a modest list of all Huawei devices due out this year:
- Huawei Mate X2
- Huawei P50
- Huawei P50 Pro
- Huawei P50 Pro+
- Huawei Watch 3/GT3
- Huawei-MatePad Pro 2
- Huawei MatePad 2
- Huawei Freebuds 4/4i
- Huawei Mate 50
- Huawei Mate 50 Pro
- Huawei Mate 50 Pro +/RS
- Huawei Freebuds Pro 2
Sources say that the design of the Huawei P50 series has been finally approved, in addition, smartphones will very soon be launched into mass production. Smartphones will get better screens, vastly improved cameras and new gaming features. Huawei P50 will use the Kirin 9000E SoC, while Huawei P50 Pro and P50 Pro + will get Kirin 9000 SoC.
