“We did not ask detailed questions about the accident. Considering the potential trauma and the patient’s current condition, we decided not to investigate further,” said Ju Woong.
The man reportedly told the doctors: “When I woke up, I realized I had been rescued,” according to the director.
The two survivors were members of the flight crew, firefighters said.
They were rescued from the tail of the plane after the aircraft caught fire.
The rescued woman is being treated at Asan Hospital in Seoul, according to a statement from the hospital.
