The information is contained in the records of the Paraná State Traffic Department (Detran-PR).
The 38-year-old Porsche driver’s license status was back to normal. However, the author had more than 48 traffic fines accumulated in his name, resulting in a value of more than R$8,700 thousand.
THE CNN Isabely’s father stated that the driver ran the red light at the time of the accident that killed the young woman, who was on the back of a motorcycle. She would have turned 20 in December this year.

In a statement, the Civil Police of Paraná stated that they had launched an investigation to clarify the dynamics of the accident

The motorcycle driver was taken to Bom Samaritano Hospital in serious condition, while Isabely died at the scene. The Porsche driver fled without providing assistance and did not identify himself .
Isabely was laid to rest this Monday (14). On social media, friends and family mourned the young woman’s death and called for justice.
“It was very sad to lose Isabely to someone who had no love for life,” wrote a friend.
