A 53 -year -old man was arrested last Saturday (5) on suspicion of threatening a judge and justice servants in the municipality of Corumbá de Goiás, around the Federal District.
THE CNN It did not contact the defense because the name of the suspect was not disclosed.
According to police, the suspect is a party in a lawsuit involving the property of a farm. Disagreeing with unfavorable decisions, he would have threatened magistrates and clerks, including trying to coerce them to change the understanding already given in the process.
During the execution phase of the sentence, the man even went to the Forum, where he said he would give the judge a voice of arrest if the decision was not amended. Threats also included invasion of property and even death.
Even with a police inquiry in progress, last Thursday (3) the man again made new threats, which motivated the request for his pre-trial detention, promptly accepted by the court.
The case is still under investigation. The suspect may be responsible for the crimes of threat, coercion in the course of the process and injury.
