Sustainable Venture Development: New initiative of the Dutch Embassy and Orange Grove

The new initiative of the Dutch Embassy in Greece and Orange Grove, SDG House Greece, invites startups and young entrepreneurs who are interested in integrating one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in their business model, to register by June 15, 2022 at the first “Sustainable Venture Development” bootcamp, which they organize on July 4-8, 2022.

During the five-day bootcamp, the participating teams will become deeply acquainted with the different dimensions and trends in sustainable entrepreneurship, measure their viability index and analyze challenges, tools and opportunities to improve it. At the same time, examples will be examined from start-ups, in different sectors of the economy, that have successfully integrated one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in their business model and / or in their final product. The teams will work on their own business model and through these intensive workshops and in-person consulting, they will develop a new action plan on how to become more sustainable as they grow, and produce a positive impact on the economy and society. .

Entrepreneurs from all sectors, for profit or not, are encouraged to apply. Ideally participants should have first revenue or be very close to this level of maturity. The bootcamp will take place in hybrid form at the OrangeGrove offices, daily between 16: 00-20: 00 while during the day participants will have the opportunity to receive in-person counseling.

Applications have started and those interested can submit their application, but also learn more information at www.sdghousegreece.eu/apply-now/Submission deadline: June 15, 2022.
