At least 11 civilians were killed Wednesday (20/10) in a bombing by the Syrian army in a residential area in the rebel-held city of Arica. Syria.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, as reported by the Athens News Agency, announced that eight people were killed in the bombing of Ariha, of which five were civilians, while there were 26 wounded.
