“The prime minister who ruled the country for three years targeting SYRIZA for his failures and now sets up special courts against his political opponents, today comes out and basically admits that he is going to early elections because SYRIZA is to blame again”, the official opposition comments for what the Prime Minister stated in the interview he gave to Capital.gr.
“Mr. Mitsotakis was not only a fatal prime minister, having on his back the tragic management of the pandemic and accuracy, but also because he did not once have the political honesty to honestly take a responsibility,” Koumoundourou added sharply, concluding his:
“Even now that it turns out that he is planning early elections and has lied to people that he will run out of four years – to complete the looting of public money – he does not find the courage to admit that he is going to the polls because he is simply collapsing.”
In the same announcement, however, SYRIZA describes “the elections are welcome and let them be late”:
“Elections are welcome and let it be too late to save society. If he thinks that by the end of the summer he manages to save himself, now it is too late. Mr. Mitsotakis, the party is over.”
