A request for a meeting with the Chairman of the Competition Commission and competent executives or associates of the Authority were sent on behalf of SYRIZA-PS, the heads of Development & Investment and Environment & Energy, Alexis Haritsis and Socrates Famellos respectively, on the subject of the required electricity supply.
SYRIZA-PS considers that the meeting with the Independent Authority is imperative, on the one hand due to the explosion of prices in the energy sector observed in recent months, and on the other hand due to the inability of the Government to take substantial measures to regulate and control the energy market , in order to protect Greek society and the productive forces of the country from notoriety.
