T. Theodorikakos: To respect the court decisions and to compensate the family of the undefeated Marios Souloukos

The Minister of Civil Protection demanded an end to the dispute between the Greek State and the family of 11-year-old Marios Souloukos, who fell dead from a bullet to the head while he was in the schoolyard in Acharnes, on June 8, 2017, and to be compensated immediately. , Takis Theodorikakos, speaking this morning on the news program of the ANT-1 TV station, “Morning Presses”.

Journalists Panagiotis Stathis and Nikos Rogakos raised the issue of the Greek State’s legal dispute with the family of 11-year-old Marios Souloukos in the discussion with the Minister, as the Three-Member Administrative Court of Appeal, by a recent decision, unanimously rejected the Greek compensation of 490,000 euros for the tragic event.

Mr. Theodorikakos took a position on the issue, emphasizing that he will exhaust all legal means to stop the dispute between the Greek State and the child’s family. He demanded that the court decisions so far be respected and that the family be compensated.
