EVBox To Become Public Through SPAC Deal With TPG
EVBox, a charging solution provider for electric vehicles, will be acquired by blank check company TPG Pace through a combination of cash and equity. The newly formed EVBox Group will have a value of $1.4 billion. Shares of TPG Pace soared 116% post the announcement.
