According to the relevant announcement, the property has a total area of approximately 165 acres and is located on the former construction site of the Rio – Antirrio link project, in the Antirrio Municipal Unit of the Nafpaktia Municipality of the Prefecture of Etoloakarnania, Region of Western Greece. It borders to the northeast with the settlement of Agios Panteleimonas and to the southwest with the settlement of Antirrio.
The property is suitable for the development of a supply chain park in combination with the use of the front sea front, the creation of a technology park or even the development of tourism infrastructure.
The tender will be conducted in one phase and the closing date for the submission of tenders is set for 18 October 2022.
