Already the chef Alex Macgregor Peruvian consultant chef will make Anticucho de Coração de Frango, a Peruvian skewer served with chimichurri, fried capers, alioli and crispy potatoes. Isabelli Caroline , chef from Cineclube Cortina will bring the octopus vinaigrette with green aioli and French bread.
