Taylor Swift continues to line up titles with the release of “The Tortured Poets Department”, her 11th album.
The news is that, according to Billboard, Taylor broke her own record for best-selling vinyl records in a single day, with 700,000 copies. The mark was obtained on Friday.
The album that previously held the rank was “1989”, released by the singer in 2014. At the time, the album sold 693,000 vinyls in the same day.
The data is offered by Luminate, a company used by Billboard to organize its music charts, and began to be collected in 1991.
