Taylor Swift fans organize to pay tribute to Ana, who died at a concert in Rio

A group of the singer’s fans Taylor Swift is organizing to honor Ana Clara Benevides, 23 years old. The young woman died last Friday night (17), after suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest during Taylor Swift’s concert at the Nilton Santos stadium, in Rio de Janeiro.

“In view of the latest events, together with the fans, we decided to look for a way to pay tribute to Ana during the show that takes place today (20), in Rio de Janeiro”, wrote the Update Swift Brasil fan club, in a publication on “X”, old Twitter.

“We will be organizing for today’s show (November 20th), after ‘Champagne Problems’, the moment we usually reserve to ovate Taylor, to be done and maintained as much silence as possible which, unfortunately, does not suit the artist who we always love”, says the statement, with #JustiçaPorAnaBenevides.

“We know it is short notice and many fans are already moving to the stadium,” the fan club wrote, “but if possible we also ask that signs with ‘Justice for Ana’ be raised during this moment of silence.”

The publication was made on Monday afternoon (20) and has already reached almost 4 million views.
