The singer Taylor Swift 35, may be about to relaunch “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)”, his long -awaited rewriting from the 2017 original album. The track “Look What you made me (Taylor’s Version)” was released on Monday night (19) in an episode of the series “The Handmaid’s Tale” .
The song, which pinch some “enemies” of the Pop star, among them, rapper Kanye West, 47, with whom she fought a public dispute, packs a scene of revenge on the series dystopian. Shortly after the episode aired, fans of the singer believe they found new evidence about the possible release of the album.
On the artist’s official website, the store items were reorganized in four categories: Apparel (clothing), music (music), Accessories (accessories) and Sale (promotions). The acronym formed by the sections, “AMAs”, is also an abbreviation of the American Music Awards ceremony, which takes place next Sunday (26).
Taylor is nominated for six awards in the awards, including artist of the year and album of the year by “The Tortured Poets Department”. Some followers believe she can enjoy the event to announce or even launch the new work.
Recently, the singer’s boyfriend, the football star Travis Kelce, found out when asked about details of the new album. “I can’t confirm or deny it,” he said at a super Bowl press conference earlier this year.
Taylor started the rewritten project in 2021 with “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)”, followed by “Red (Taylor’s Version)”, “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” and “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”, all relaunched with unreleased tracks and new production. There are now only two albums to revisit: the 2006 self -titled “Taylor Swift” and “Reputation”.
Fans speculate that “Taylor’s Version) will come earlier, with the debut album being kept as a symbolic closure of the series.
“Keeping the namesake album for the end would be poetic and symbolic, completing the cycle,” they comment on social networks.
The artist is rewriting her old albums to recover rights over her songs. The original recordings (masters) of their first six materials would have been sold without their consent, which motivated her to launch new versions.
