Teacher composes a Featherweight-style corrido to teach her students

Featherweight is one of the most listened to singers so far this year; His songs are so popular that even children sing along to them all the time. For this reason, Debanhy Robledo, a basic education teacher in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, took the opportunity to create a corrido in the singer’s style and use it as a playful teaching method with her students.

The teacher was based on the topic PRC to teach your students addition, subtraction and multiplication in a fun way. The issue is already circulating on social networks, especially on TikTok, a site where opinions have been divided.

Debanhy explained that her students (aged eight and nine) are fans of Featherweight’s songs and although the singer’s songs are not suitable for minors, she adapted to this taste to create a suitable version for them.

I get up in the morning and start studying so I can get a 100 in math. Two and two are four, four and two are six, six and two are eight and eight are sixteen. Jump the board, I jumped it. Skip it again, I’m tired of it.
