A Missouri teacher is accused of giving students drugs and alcohol in exchange for sex, and allegedly sleeping with one of them on a street. Carissa Smith, 31, was arrested Tuesday on charges of rape, sodomy, promotion of prostitution, sexual trafficking of a child, and breach of duty with a student. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department said she had sex with them at her residence and at various other locations, including on the streets. Smith offered money, marijuana and alcohol to students in exchange for having sex or allowing her to perform oral sex, court documents state. One victim said he had his first sexual encounter with Smith while he was a student at Dixon Middle School.
