The Civil Police concluded, on Friday (25), the investigation into the Teacher stabbed in a school in Caxias do Sul, Serra Gaucha . Three teenagers were pointed out as perpetrators of the offense since, according to police, they would have planned the attack on social networks and taken knives to the school.
Teenagers are hospitalized and between 13 and 15 years old. The case took place on April 1, at the João de Zorzi Municipal Elementary School.
The investigation pointed out that the target was not only the teacher, but also other members of the school body. The main hypothesis is that students would be moved by feelings of revenge, as mentioned in testimonials. Police are still investigating the involvement of other people, but so far, the participation of adults has not been identified.
According to the delegate Aline Martinelli, in charge of the investigation, it was clear that the teenagers “intended to produce the death event, and the practice of the same actions were incited. It was determined that other students were invited to help with the intent, however, were denied; others, in turn, not believed, that, in fact, the event would occur.”
Therefore, the conclusion was that the action was premeditated, personally planned and through a group on social network. Five knives were used in the attack. According to the skill, the teacher had head, arm, hand, neck and face hit.
The investigation was sent to the Public Prosecution Service with criminal liability of adolescents by infringement acts analogous to crimes of attempted murder for clumsiness, insidious or cruel and surprised and with the use of appeal that made defense difficult, as well as criminal association and incitement to the commission of crimes.
