The Minister of Planning and Budget, Simone Tebet, announced this Wednesday afternoon (11) names for her team at the ministry.
Gustavo Guimarães will be the executive secretary of the portfolio.
The Federal Budget Secretariat (SOF), which the minister called “the portfolio of no”, “this cannot”, “this cannot work, it can generate a crime of fiscal responsibility”, “this is not included in the law of guidelines budgets”, will be headed by Paulo Bijos.
He is a budget consultant and a doctoral student in political science at UNB, he has worked as a budget planning analyst at SOF, so he has already been in the secretariat, he has also worked as a federal auditor, in the external control of the TCU and as a substitute counselor of the State Court of Accounts from Sao Paulo.
Leany Lemos will be Secretary of Planning.
“Leany will have an arduous mission, because the result of the planning comes in the medium term, so don’t expect non-immediate results, but it’s been doing it since day one, interfering in fundamental decisions, including our Law of Budgetary Guidelines, our budget law annual and, in the medium term, PPA”, said the minister.
Lemos, who has a master’s and doctorate from UNB, post-doctorate at the University of Oxford and Princeton, was planning secretary for the government of the state of Rio Grande do Sul and the Federal District.
