After two years suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 19th edition of Tecnoshow takes place until Friday (8) in Goiânia, with news to help rural producers.
This year, the fair opens space for 600 agricultural exhibitors and the expectation is to move more than R$ 3 billion, a value reached in the last edition of the fair, in 2019, even with the pandemic and the war in Ukraine being points that still concern.
In an interview with CNNthe president of the Southwest Goiano Rural Producers Cooperative, Antonio Chavaglia, who is part of the fair’s organization, stated that agribusiness is already affected in the short term by the conflict in Eastern Europe.
“The war has affected in every way. The question of oil, everything is expensive… not only in Brazil, all over the world. This brings a worldwide disorder of ocean freight, land freight, rail freight, all of this has increased a lot. And that ends up taking income from the producer,” he said.
