TV presenter Ana Hickmann recorded videos for social media this Tuesday (21) stating that she is “a little better”. Ten days ago, she filed a police report for aggression against her own husband, businessman Alexandre Correa.
“Today, I can say that we started the day a little better, with a ‘good morning’ like this. It’s been a while since I’ve seen my son’s eyes this happy. It’s good to see it again. There were some days when this didn’t happen. So, it means that today will be, yes, a great day,” he said.
The speech was made after appearing next to his son, who was playing with a stuffed bear. The model and businesswoman also reported that the last few days, after registering the bo with the São Paulo Civil Police, have been difficult, without being able to sleep.
“It’s been so much stress, days without sleep, so much happening, an avalanche. The thing I need most today is health. Cheers to take care of my boy and to continue my new life”, he concluded.
On Thursday (16) last week, she had already used her Instagram Story to say something similar, that she is “getting stronger every day”.
Remember Hickmann’s case
The presenter registered a police report for assault against her husband, Alexandre Correa, on Saturday afternoon (11), at the family home in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo.
She told police that she was talking to her 10-year-old son in the kitchen when Correa heard it and didn’t like the subject. So he started an argument. The child, frightened, would have run out of the room, according to Hickmann.
Correa allegedly pushed his wife against the wall and threatened to headbutt her, according to information contained in the police report. He denied the accusations on social media.
During the argument, Correa closed the kitchen door, hitting Hickmann, according to the report. She used the situation to lock her husband out of the room and call the Military Police, but Correa was no longer there when the agents arrived.
At the police station, when giving a statement and registering the report, Hickmann refused the protective measures provided for in the Maria de Penha Law.
